Senior Pastor

Dr. Eric G. Fuller

Dr. Eric G. Fuller became the Senior Pastor at Harvest Baptist Church in August of 2006. He is married to Andrea and they have three children, Jones (16), Leslie (14), and Rush (10).

Dr. Fuller is originally from Opelika, but comes to Huntsville from Alexander City, where he served as the Associate Pastor at the First Baptist Church of Alexander City for six years. Dr. Fuller earned a Doctorate of Ministry degree from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2005 and a Master of Divinity degree from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Fort Worth,Texas) in 2000. He also has Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University. Prior to beginning seminary in 1998, Dr. Fuller worked as an accountant and business owner in the Opelika/Auburn area.

Dr. Fuller enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and working in his yard.

Associate Pastor Of Worship

Rev. Brian A. Lashley

Bro. Brian was born and raised in Alexander City, Alabama. He began playing trumpet in the Faith Temple Church orchestra at the age of 12. He also sang in the choir and lead worship using praise teams and praise bands. Bro. Brian graduated with honors from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor’s in Music Education.

He is currently working on a Master of Religion Degree with a specialization in Worship Studies from Liberty Theological Seminary.

After graduating from JSU, Bro. Brian was a band director and part-time Worship Leader Orchestra Director for eleven years. On June 29, 2003, Bro. Brian began full-time Christian service at Sardis Baptist Church in Boaz Alabama. In May of 2007, Bro Brian joined the staff of Harvest Baptist Church in Harvest, Alabama.

Bro. Brian has been married to his wonderful wife Melana M. Lashley for 20 years. They have two children, Braylen (17) and Hannah Ruth (16).

Associate Pastor of Students and Education

Rev. Larry Morrison

Bro. Larry’s dad was a pastor and they moved around a lot but claims Tuscaloosa, AL as home. He graduated from The Baptist College of Florida with a BA in Theology and from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a masters in Christian Education and Student Ministry Concentration. Bro. Larry joined the staff at HBC in June 2008 and has been married to Catherine for 13 years. They have two daughters: Sydney, (8) and Emilee is (5).

Children's Pastor

Chad Ortner

Bro.Chad is a Harvest native; he grew up in Harvest and is proud to call Harvest his home. He graduated from Whitesburg Heritage Bible College with a BA in Biblical Studies. Bro. Chad joined the staff here at HBC in September of 2011; he has been married to his lovely wife Sarah for 2 years. Bro. Chad is a big sports fan and enjoys time with his family.
